Toxic Black Mold such as Stachybotrys Chartarum, Penicillium and Aspergillus are caused by water damage to cellulose materials such as drywall, wood, carpet, paint...etc. In the last ten years I have seen alot of structural damage to homes and businesses as well as serious health effects of the people that were exposed to it.
